Home Project Process Post #1

For this home project, I want to explore different techniques I can use with watercolor to highlight its natural flow and to play with abstraction of florals. I haven't done this much before, so I decided to practice a bit before I started on a larger surface. I tried to focus primarily on how to get the watercolor to spread how I want it to, and how different colors can blend together effectively. This experimentation didn't turn out how I wanted it to, but I think I learned a few useful things along the way.
