Art V In-class Project 1 Update

This week I made good progress on my first in-class painting of the year. My goals are to add lots of framing to my piece and continue using watercolor pencils, both of which I'm doing. I had trouble adding shading to the dogwood blossoms and I don't really like how they turned out, but hopefully they'll stick out less once I get more painting done. I still have a lot of work to do in the limited time we have left! Here are some pictures:
